BMW Toronto's Service and Parts department is dedicated to ensuring that each and every customer receives the same premium level of service reflective of the BMW Group brand standards while ensuring incredible value.
From the moment your vehicle arrives at one of our five drive through service bays, our experienced Service consultants will guide you through the process to ensure that your vehicle receives prompt and accurate diagnosis and service. Whether the service you require is a routine oil change, or something more substantial, our service consultants will liaise with you to find the best solution for you and your vehicle's needs.
All onsite work is carried out by our Master and Certified technicians, all of whom have strong backgrounds in automotive repair and have completed extensive training at BMW University.

BMW Toronto Shuttle
At BMW Toronto, we understand that your time is important. While your vehicle is undergoing service, we're pleased to provide several options.
Shuttle Service & Routes
BMW Toronto is pleased to offer three options for customers dropping off their vehicles for service:
SHUTTLE SERVICE
For customers requiring short term transportation while their vehicle is visiting our service department, BMW Toronto is pleased to provide a complimentary rapid shuttle service within the Toronto area. The service is designed to accommodate to your schedule throughout our regular business hours - both the express and extended shuttle operate through an on-call service intended to significantly reduce waiting times.
The Express Shuttle
The Express shuttle is reserved for quick transportation to the downtown Toronto inner core and consists of eight designated pick up and drop off points.
The Extended Shuttle
The Extended shuttle provides customized drop off and pick up points, including your home or place of business. Please note that some restrictions apply. The extended service zone stretches North to South from Lakeshore Avenue to Lawrence Avenue and East to West, between Warden Avenue and Dufferin.
SERVICE LOAN VEHICLES
BMW Toronto is pleased to provide a Service Loan vehicle fleet, all of which are exclusively BMW product. Please note that due to popular demand, pre-booking of vehicles is strongly recommended.
CUSTOMER LOUNGE
For short term visits, you may wish to take advantage of our second floor customer lounge. Equipped with both comfort and work stations, complimentary refreshments and flat screen technology, the lounge provides a panoramic view of the service bays and is the perfect place to work or relax.
