Established in 1966, the Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology is now servicing the educational and career training needs of the Greater Toronto Area. With 4 campuses, 6 satellite centres, and around 48,000 students, this College offers bachelor degree programs such as; Environmental Studies, Industrial Microbiology, Journalism, News Media, and Paramedicine. It also provides applied bachelor degrees in Computer and Communication Networking, Integrated Accounting, Business, Computer Programmer Analyst, Hospitality and Tourism Administration, and Nursing. Furthermore, the College offers more than 95 career-oriented certificate and diploma programs.

Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology has over 600 business, industry, government, and labour leaders that serve on individual advisory boards that help create the College's career-oriented programs. The College also has the largest transportation training centre in Canada. The College also has a $37 million media facility in East York renowned as one of the best interactive multimedia training institutions in the nation.
