Burger King started out with its very first restaurant in Miami, Florida in 1954. Today there are over 11, 200 restaurants in over 60 countries worldwide. The first ever Canadian Burger King opened in Windsor, Ontario in 1969 and now there are over 345 Burger King restaurants in Canada alone. In the last seven years Burger King has opened more than 120 restaurants just in Canada. One thing that makes this restaurant so special is that it is one of a select few restaurant chains that actually has Poutine on the menu, which by the way is a Canadian classic. Another thing that made this restaurant so special is that it was the first to introduce the two level, 30' play structure.
