TD Waterhouse Platinum Club

Elegant and contemporary with a formal ambience, The TD Waterhouse Platinum Club is fine dining at its best.

Haute cuisine in the heart of a sports arena, the Platinum Club was established in 1999 with the opening of Air Canada Centre. The club gives Platinum Seat Holders exceptional food and premium service in a sophisticated, upscale environment. With a refined European accent and "Marquis la Carte" fare, the club has become a lavish haven for those enjoying a game or concert.

The Platinum Club experience is as much a part of the show as the main event. Before, during, or after a game, guests can indulge in the many services the club has to offer, as the restaurant holds their table for the entire night. As a result, if fans want to have a leisurely dinner before the game, they can. Or, if they just want to enjoy a glass of wine and appetizer, return for their main course after the first period, and come back later for dessert and a port or liqueur, the staff at the Platinum Club will have everything taken care of.

Like the service, culinary wonders at the Platinum Club are nothing short of outstanding. With a menu that changes monthly, the chefs are continually creating new gourmet delights. Appetizers range from the finest meats and cheeses to caviar and foie gras. Traditional meals such as roasted chicken, lobster or Canadian AAA striploin are often joined with rarities such as venison, ostrich and bison. For the dessert connoisseur, sweet sensations including cakes, pies, tortes and tarts are prepared with unique and decadent fruits, fillings, compotes and ganache. To complement the fine food, the Platinum Club boasts over 300 different wines from all over the world. If guests prefer, they can pre-order wine before the event which allows staff to decant the wine in anticipation of their arrival.

Along with the fine food and premium service comes the elegant and luxurious dcor. Stepping from the corridor into the beautifully appointed interior of the Platinum Club creates the impression that one is no longer in a sports facility. Soft lighting and hues of brown, black, beige, gray and silver give the room a rich and intimate ambiance. Central to the room is a sleek bar with marble top surrounded by gentle hanging lights. Plush seating, crisp white linen tablecloths and beautiful silver and crystal wear create an elegant yet comfortable dining experience. Photographs of hockey, basketball and concerts showcased behind glass may be the only reminders that the guest is there to see an event. The Platinum Club is overseen by Executive Chef, Brad Long.

To inquire about restaurant reservations please phone 416-815-5983.
