If hands-on activities are how you love to learn about the planet,
then come to the Ontario Science Center for a day of fun and learning!
The building itself is extraordinary: three linked pavilions float
gracefully down the side of a ravine. While at the science center,
you’ll be able to:
- Stand at the edge of a black hole
- Work with a robot
- Even land on the moon!
There are 12 different theaters where you can view films that
bring the natural world to life. Demonstrations of glass blowing,
papermaking, electricity and more take place regularly throughout
the day; check the schedule when you arrive. The museum also has
a wonderful gift store, and a restaurant.
The Ontario Science Center is at 770 Don Mills Road.
