Overview | Location

If you travel west of Jarvis Street, between King Street East and the Esplanade, you’ll come upon lovely neighborhood of St. Lawrence Market, perfect for a relaxing afternoon.

Hungry? The South Market houses more than 50 gourmet food vendors and over a dozen lunch counters. Known primarily for its Saturday Farmers' Market, St. Lawrence Market has had farmers from Southern Ontario bringing their produce to sell since1803. The 200-year tradition continues today, and you will find a colorful display of fresh produce including vegetables, meats, breads and other goods.
